二、婚姻登记男女双方亲自到"申请"窗口提出申请和提供证明、证件材料；
三、对婚姻登记工作人员所要了解的情况必须如实提供；
四、婚姻登记男女双方提供的证明资料、证件齐全，属结婚登记的由婚姻登记工作人员开出体检单，到指定医疗单位体检；
五、男女双方到"申请"窗口领取《婚姻登记申请书》表格；
六、用炭素墨水如实正确填写《婚姻登记申请书》，到复印室复印指定的全部证明资料、证件；
七、男女双方符合婚姻登记条件的到"收费"窗口按规定缴纳工本费、手续费和服务费。
八、凭发票到"申请"窗口，由婚姻登记工作人员开具婚姻登记受理单。结婚登记自申请之日起10天内给予登记发证；离婚登记自申请之日起30天内给予登记发证。
